In Brooklyn

Brooklyn

A town, east side of Manhattan.
Residential area, in my image.
In my point of view,
it's like Saitama as next to Tokyo
if you understand...
But,
There is high-class residential area as well.
Many tall condominium buildings.
Not only the buildings,
but views are beautiful as well.
What are they gonna be like when it gets dark?
It is even more beautiful.
Imagine you're, on the balcony,
 drinking a glass of wine,
having a great night view around you,
and just spending time without thinking anything...
just feel what you are feeling.

I wish I had such a great life.
I mean, I want to be able to have such time
when I become adult.

Yes...money,
money is necessary...

Anyway,
let me think about money...

Brooklyn Bridge lies
between Manhattan and Brooklyn.
It's one of the few bridges
that people can drive across for free.
There are several bridges and tunnels
around Manhattan.
They cost.
Recently, the fees have risen.

 For example,
driving through Lincoln Tunnel used to cost $8,
but now costs $12.

1.5 times as much....

Anyway, let me talk about the high-class residential area.
There is a park surrounded by fences.
It's really 'high-class' as well....?

Many children are playing and running in the fenced park.

Why fence?
It's like a dog run yard.

I can guess some reasons for that,
and they are probably true,
but just stop thinking about it.

This is a sign for drivers.
Does it mean there's a park?
I think so.
 However,
this sign is little far from the park...
(still makes sense)
Considering the direction the sign faces,
I think that this sign is for drivers
who have just passed in front of the park,
(why?)
and there's no more park in their direction.

So, in conclusion,
this sign is telling drivers that they have just passed
nearby a park.

No way...

I think this is one of the interesting things
that international students can enjoy
because they would notice such a thing if they come for a trip,
but they can see it as they come for some times.
